Payment Processing

We currently use payment processors as a Third Party Offering for internet-based payment services. If you wish to make a payment through T3 Fitness Club or our services through Walla, your Personal Information may be collected by such third parties directly and not by us, and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, third parties’ collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information.
Where a third-party payment processor is utilized as a sub-processor, we have implemented appropriate onward transfer safeguards over your Personal Information.

California’s Shine-the-Light law:

Testimonials, Ratings and Reviews
If you submit testimonials, ratings or reviews to T3 Fitness Club, any Personal Information you include may be displayed. Please email a request to frontdesk@t3riverside.com for removal.
Media
We may from time to time take video and photos during classes, after classes, and at special events. We will be using these for marketing and advertising for the T3 Fitness Club Instagram, Facebook, and Tic Tok. Your likeness may appear on print ads and social media.

In limited circumstances, some of the Personal Information we collect may be considered sensitive (“Sensitive Data”) under applicable law and may be subject to additional restrictions and consumer rights under these laws.
