Barre Burn

Barre Burn is a low impact ballet inspired workout. You will start in the middle of the floor doing a series of ballet movements with isometric contractions strengthening and lengthening the muscles. You'll also do a series of arm exercises with lighter dumbbells, sculpting those shoulders, back, and arms. You'll continue your workout at the barre with a lower-body section to work your thighs and glutes, really feeling the burn! Finally, you’ll finish with a series of core-focused moves on the mat. The dancer in you will walk out feeling taller and more graceful. This format is designed barefoot.
