​​​​​​​Nothing to be scared of here, RIPPED is an acronym for Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet. It is the only one stop body shock format. The first five components, with a bonus component of core work are taught in a 50 minute class, and is designed for all fitness levels, allowing a gym novice and trained athlete to both feel an intense full body workout. 

POUND -

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating
full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training
with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted
drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms
drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.The workout is easily modifiable for women of all ages and abilities.

TRX (Tabata & HIIT) -

Total Resistance Exercises, the only workout where you are the machine. TRX is a strap suspension total body workout for everyone. This format is centered around the core while combing cardio and strength training using your own body weight. You control your own intensity level with your body positioning. It's a great low impact workout that will leave you stronger than ever. Each class will be different, because our bodies love and need change, however the fundamentals and foundations remain the same.


PILOXING -

A fun fusion of lengthening pilates, strengthening boxing, and dance moves that keep your pulse high. It's the workout that will get you excited about working out again, not only for the physical aspect, but also because it’s so much fun. Switching back and forth rapidly between the three vastly different disciplines, it keeps your body guessing, your mind excited, and your heart pumping. It’s the workout that doesn’t feel like work while you’re doing it, though you’ll definitely feel it the next day. Be ready for a giant cardio party!

This format is designed barefoot. 

Peach N' Abs

A Pilates inspired mat work class. It's time to connect to your core and work that booty 🍑. With a target focus on strengthening your arms, abs, and booty, this low-cardio class will combine mat Pilates with Barre floor work.

Shoes optional and please bring a mat.

Cardio Barre - 

Barre is a low impact ballet inspired workout. You will start in the middle of the floor doing a series of ballet movements with isometric contractions strengthening and lengthening the muscles. You'll also do a series of arm exercises with lighter dumbbells, balls, bands, and even yoga blocks to help sculpt those shoulders, back, and arms. You'll continue your workout at the barre with a lower-body section to work your thighs and glutes, really feeling the burn! Finally, you’ll finish with a series of core-focused moves on the mat. The dancer in you will walk out feeling taller and more graceful.

This format is designed barefoot. Please bring a mat.






Peach Step -

Newport Peach in Newport Beach brought back step aerobics in all the right ways. t3 brings you one of our newest classes, Peach Step. A modern twist on classic step aerobics that combines classic step, barre work, mat Pilates, cardio bursts, light hand weights, and a refreshing stretch. This low-impact workout is great for all fitness levels.

Please wear athletic shoes and bring a mat.







High Fitness -

It is a fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with pop music, and intense easy-to-follow fitness choreography. This class gives a new spin on old-school aerobics HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. You can choose to take it high-impact or low-impact.









Pop Pilates -

Pop Pilates is where strength meets flexibility. Think highly-focused movements that leave your body tones, strong, and shaken up by innovative movements. We're talking dance, yoga, Pilates, and deep stretching combined all set to popular pop music!

 t3 Tone-

Want to gain strength, sculpt muscle, and see improvement in your form? Then this is the class for you. t3 Tone will focus on all muscle groups and increasing your strength, giving you a total body workout. This class is not always primarily cardio focused. It is designed for everyone to feel successful and stronger! Please allow us to help push you to your limits safely and efficiently.


TRX HIIT -

TRX HIIT is everything you love about TRX and High Intensity Intervals together. With a focus on functional fitness and proper TRX form, this class will be dynamic and goal centered. Using a timer clients get to push their personal limits with a TRX strap and other fitness equipment, not limited to dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, Bosu balls, and resistance bands. All levels welcome to come diversify your workouts with this strength and cardio driven class.

Kickboxing - 

Kickboxing is the perfect way to punch and jab your stresses away. With light choreography and lots of smiles you'll walk out feeling empowered and ready to conquer whatever is thrown at you. This class is low-impact and brings on all the heat! 

Circuit Training  -

Circuits is a 45-50 minute class combining muscular endurance, strength training, cardio, and core work - the total body workout! An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all exercise stations in a session. When one station is complete, you move to the next station until the circuit has been completed. Each station is timed, allowing you to push yourself. Various equipment is used during this class. You can expect to see hand-weights, TRX straps, heavy battle ropes, steps, body weight, natural resistance, bands, kettle-bells, medicine balls, jump-ropes, Bosu balls, and more.

Yoga -

Yoga It is a free flowing class and has dynamic mix of postures from various yoga traditions. It is a great way to build muscular, cardiovascular and mental endurance while sweating up a storm. A typical class moves from one vinyasa (pose) to the next at a moderate pace, challenging muscles you probably didn’t even know you had.  Yoga will not go so deep into the spiritual and meditative side of most yoga. It is considered a less strict and more playful yoga class. Yoga incorporates the use of props to help you feel successful in each pose. Every level is welcome.
