Hey friend,
Three years ago, I was struggling. I was a new mom and I was overwhelmed. I lost myself. That is when I found T3. The community and the exercise helped me find myself. I loved being with T3 so much that I became an instructor.
Then, in 2018, I bought T3 because it really was my happy place, the place I could come and feel supported and feel like me. This is what it means to be a part of the T3 family and I'm so excited to have you join us.

Yesterday, I played in the snow with my ids for a few hours, digging a run, climbing hills, pulling them in sleds.
A year ago, I couldn't have done that.
A year ago, I didn't fit into snow pants.
A year ago, I wouldn't have fit on the toboggan with both my kids.
A year ago, I wouldn't have had the endurance to climb a hill and sled down with my kids over and OVER again.
